Article 14: Delivery Errors

Article 16: Right of withdrawal

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company YakaEquiper.com will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within 10 days. However, given the technical nature of the products sold, this period may be extended to 20 days, in particular when the product needs a technical check.

Article 19: Return Service

Article 20: Refund of the difference
